Buster Brown
Remember Buster Brown? He's a foster dog here. We're good friends. I think he will be adopted soon. Mom and Dad are whispering. Mom is kinda sad and happy at the same time. He's been a good playmate. I've tried to teach him everything I know about barking, toy hoarding, butt sniffing, chasing lizards and flys and making "sad eyes" until you get what you want from the humans. He's young and been a good protegee. Its hard work being a Role Model for the young foster dogs. He's a handsome boy - but not as handsome as ME!!!!

Well, no one is as handsome as you Turke!
ReplyDeleteThat's great that Buster Brown will have his very own family. I can imagine your Mom is a bit sad, it's hard to let go. Does this mean you will get a new foster doggie that you can teach and play with? That will be so fun!
Love, Cupcake
Morgan says that no one's as handsome as you, Turke!
ReplyDeleteI hope Buster Brown has found his perfect family! We wish him lots of good luck! Maybe he'll stay close enough that you can still get together sometimes.
Bunny
He is very handsome!!! We hope he finds a wonderful furever home! We think you are lots more handsome though! (Don't tell him we said that!) Lots of love, Debbie and Holly
ReplyDelete! That is so COOL! Every-dog deserves his or her very own FURever home!

You do very good work, Turke. You have more role modeling to do than the average dog and it seems you do a great job. I'm sure you're the most handsome boy GSD around.
ReplyDeletelotsa licks, Lola
Hi Turke. I think we look a lot like brothers.

Hi Turke! I just sniffed out your blog and we have a lot in common! I wasn't hit by a car like you, but I was attacked by another dog and had my hind leg broken when I was 8 weeks old and dropped off at the humane society but my first family. Because I was a pitbull mix and I had previous leg problems, the humane society was going to end my life! Thankfully, a great rescue, Homeward Bound, stepped in and rescued me... I lived with my foster mom, who ended up adopting, because no one wanted me due to my leg issues. I feel fine and run and play harder than most other dogs!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to reading more of your stories!
